Celebrating over 25 years in business, The KPV Group is a highly experienced, hard-working, consulting firm based in central New Jersey. Established in 1988, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. From projects large to small, we have always taken pride in our ability to "Think Outside of the Box" to find innovative and sound engineering solutions to complex challenges.
One of the greatest assets of The KPV Group is the clients' knowledge that all projects receive the special attention of Mr. Kenneth Volpe, P.E., Principal and Founder. Holding a Master of Engineering degree from Stevens University, Mr. Volpe has always held the belief of keeping the company comparatively small and agile so that it could respond quickly to changing needs and so he could devote his specific attention to each and every project. Clients appreciate that Mr. Volpe will specifically oversee their project and receive the attention they deserve.

Principal and Founder
Ken knew his path at an early age. Beginning as an apprentice draftsman with a small structural engineering firm in 1980, he has continually immersed himself in every facet of the industry. Graduating from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1986 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, he went on to obtain his Master of Engineering Degree, also from Stevens, in 2000. Licensed in multiple States, including NJ, NY, PA, CT, DC and RI, Mr. Volpe is constantly expanding his knowledge with challenging projects and continuing education.
Ken has a passion for what he does, often saying, "It is not a job, it is an adventure!" Never giving in to the easy path, he continually forges ahead in an effort to find the best, and most suitable, solution to a given engineering challenge.

Morgan Luniewicz
Field Operations Manager
Morgan comes from a background in contracting. He is particulalrly well suited for work on the construction site and serves both to acquire field data as well as administer ongoing construction projects.
With an eye towards safety and proficiency, Mr. Luniewicz is well prepared for the typical encounters on the jobsite.
Lorrie Macchia
Production Supervisor
Lorrie is responsible for production. From Cad to file handling, conversion and delivery, she has command of the workflow from design to final documents.
With constant attention towards a high level product, the detail and refinement of our documents is without equal.
